The trailer for the upcoming Marlon Wayans’ Fifty Shades of Grey spoof Fifty Shades of Black was posted online earlier today.
Having plenty of spoof films from horror flicks (A Haunted House, Scary Movie), dance flicks (Dance Flick) and South Central LA gang movies (Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood), this is a take on the enormously popular Fifty Shades of Grey.
“We’re excited to be back in business with IM Global doing our comedic remix of this movie,” Wayans said. “Sex and comedy go hand-in-hand, and I’m looking forward to having fun with this project. It’s amazing when a film of this caliber comes along begging to be made fun of. I’m really happy to be doing what I love with people I love to do it with. That double entendre was intentional.”
Co-written by Wayans and producer/writer Rick Alvarez, the supporting cast includes Jane Seymour, Mike Epps, Kali Hawk, Fred Willard, Andrew Bachelor, Affion Crockett and Kate Miner.
Fifty Shades of Black opens nationwide on January 29, 2016
