Night Action Shuts Peter Out

In The Night Agent Season 3 Episode 10 recap, Peter races to catch Adam and stop the presidential coverup before it becomes permanent. He calls the Night Action line for help, but his code is rejected as invalid and his clearance is revoked. The operator orders him never to call again.

In the car, Adam tells Chelsea a joke. She laughs too hard, realizing too late that he sees through her act. He pulls his gun and apologizes. Chelsea reacts quickly, grabbing the weapon, unlocking his seatbelt, and wrenching the wheel. The car grinds along the guardrail before flipping into a ditch.

Adam is knocked out and hanging upside down. His gun falls outside the shattered driver’s window. Chelsea reaches for it, but Adam wakes and snatches it first. She scrambles out of the wreck, dodges his shot, and sprints across a field toward a distant barn. Adam follows.

Peter arrives at the wreck and hears gunfire in the distance. He finds Chelsea cornered on the barn roof and fires at Adam, giving her a moment to escape. Peter confronts Adam, revealing that President Hagan has received money from Monroe for years and that the decrypted drive proves it. Jay and Isabel have already cracked it. He reminds Adam that a true soldier does not operate blindly.

The Register Hesitates

At the Register, Jay and Isabel brief the newsroom. The files link Hagan, Zapata, Monroe, and Walcott Capital. The lawyers demand further verification. Evan wants to fast track the story, but Tripp sides with legal. They need confirmation before publishing.

Adam calls the President. Hagan insists Peter will stop at nothing. He admits Monroe was a donor but denies wrongdoing. He frames the situation as a national security threat and reveals that former members of their old company have been activated into Night Action.

Meanwhile, Theo sneaks into the press office and discovers a draft release blaming Chelsea. He begins calling media contacts to delay the narrative. When confronted, he quits on the spot and finishes the final call from the hallway.

Freya Myers Becomes the Key

Freya Myers receives word that Isabel is coming. She contacts The Father, who refuses to help her despite her threats.

When Isabel arrives, she presses Freya to go on the record about Monroe. Freya refuses, confident the banking institutions will escape serious consequences. Isabel warns her that Monroe is dead and that the President is eliminating loose ends. Freya may be next.

Two men posing as maintenance force their way inside. Freya and Isabel flee. Freya betrays Isabel by trapping her outside the elevator and escaping alone. The gunmen split up.

Chelsea and Peter arrive. Chelsea frees Isabel after blinding one attacker with dirt and fighting him off. Peter pursues the second agent hunting Freya.

Grand Central Showdown

Inside Grand Central Station, Adam and police search for Freya. Peter finds her first and disguises her with his jacket. They escape through an old construction tunnel leading across from the Register.

The second agent catches up. Peter kills him in a brutal fight. As Peter and Freya reach the exit, Adam shoots Peter in the leg.

Peter tells Adam that Hagan is no longer a soldier but a politician using him to bury crimes. Freya confirms it. Adam hesitates. He sees the truth and lets them go.

The Truth Goes Public

At the Register, Isabel begins a live on air interview with Freya, who confesses to illegal campaign funding.

At the White House, the Hagans watch the broadcast in silence as their administration collapses.

Five weeks later, Jay discusses the scandal on television. Peter sits in Central Park listening to music until Isabel joins him. She is leaving for Barcelona. Peter is still searching for his next step.

Theo and Chelsea plan their wedding. She suggests eloping. He insists on having the ceremony.

Freya drinks alone at a bar and watches the self pardoned Hagans depart by helicopter. A man with a British accent joins her. It is The Father in disguise. He offers her a martini and later throws a football with his son on a boardwalk.

In the park, Mosely tells Peter that Night Action is being dismantled from within. Peter asks for extended time off. Mosely hints that a partner is waiting for him when he returns.

Peter approaches an ice cream truck and finally finds it. The red ice cream bar from childhood. Razzmatazz.

Season 3 closes with corruption exposed, alliances broken, and Night Action forever changed.
