I hate to say it, but the best scene in this truly stupid Jaws rip-off involves the great Samuel L. Jackson and had me (and the entire audience) cheering. Suffice to say, if you’ve seen the movie, you know which scene I’m referring to. If not well, let’s just say it’s the one that made The God of Movie Cliches smile.
A group of arrogant (are there any other kind in these movies?) experiment on sharks to create a miracle drug. Only problem the experiments make these already “natural born killers” even smarter. Give LL Cool J credit. Faced with a stereotypical supporting role, he makes the most of it by adding a comic touch. A perfect video rental for a snowy day when Nyquil is your best friend.
