We are less than a week away from the release of the seventh film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Iron Man 3. As we countdown, here is a Marvel One-Shot titled, The Consultant.
The film stars Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson and offer up self-contained stories about a day in the life of a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. It features shots from the 2008 film The Incredible Hulk, including a shot of the Abomination and part of the final scene.
The Marvel One-Shots are a series of direct-to-video short films produced by Marvel Studios, set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They are included as special features in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film’s Blu-ray releases.
“It’s a fun way to experiment with new characters and ideas, but more importantly it’s a way for us to expand the Marvel Cinematic Universe and tell stories that live outside the plot of our features,” stated co-producer Brad Winderbaum.
