Memo to Cuba Gooding, Jr.: Next time your agent hands you a piece of trash like this, pimp slap the fool and get some new representation.

This lame excuse for a buddy/action comedy, about two unlikely heroes (Gooding and Ulrich), who must keep a dangerous chemical under 50 degrees while getting it to a military base and battling the Euro-trash terrorists who want it (at the same time), is simply, very stupid and very unfunny. Cuba just isn’t built for the buffoonish role written for him here. Richard Pryor in his prime or Eddie Murphy in his youth might have been able to do something with this, but Cuba? Are you kidding? Yo, brother, forget the money – show me the acting!
