Filming is ongoing for the highly anticipated sequel, The Best Man Holiday. Sanaa Lathan has been documenting the action from the set on her Instagram account and excitement is building.
The three-time Black Reel Awards-winning film grossed $34 million and became a cult classic with it’s young sexy cast that included Nia Long, Terrence Howard, Morris Chestnut and Lathan. Sharing photos of the cast from the set on her Twitter account, Lathan has been getting fans stoked with excitement.
“It’s going to be a movie to where I think people are going to experience the whole gamut of emotions,” Chestnut said. “I think they’re going to laugh, and I think they’re going to cry. There’s a lot of stuff going on in this movie. It’s a fun movie, don’t get me wrong, but there’s a lot of heartwarming moments, some realization with some characters. There’s a lot in this movie.”
We are definitely looking forward to seeing it!!!
The Best Man Holiday opens in theaters on November 15.
