“The Weenie” brings the season back to a conversation that has been waiting since “Trust Fall.”
Hal Jordan and Sinestro have history.
Sinestro was once Hal’s mentor, but whatever remains between them now appears considerably more dangerous. The Episode 4 preview suggests Sinestro understands Hal’s insecurities surrounding John and intends to use them.
