Best known for her lead role as Brenda Meeks in the Scary Movie film series, Hall has appeared on numerous television series, most prominently in a recurring role on the comedy series Ally McBeal. She also has appeared in films such as The Best Man, and its sequel The Best Man Holiday, Love & Basketball, Think Like a Man and its sequel Think Like a Man Too, About Last Night, and Girls Trip.
